Dagiz is looking for a high energy, creative, and resourceful Account Manager to grow Dagiz’ sales.
The Account Manager will be in charge of capturing new business, developing prospective business, and managing the relationship and sales into existing accounts. Tasks may involve some aspects of project management, strategic planning, sales, sales support, product design, and marketing.

The Account Manager will be in charge of capturing new business, developing prospective business, and managing the relationship and sales into existing accounts. Tasks may involve some aspects of project management, strategic planning, sales, sales support, product design, and marketing.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Generate sales into existing and new client accounts, up-selling and cross-selling
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing accounts
- Ensure timely and successful delivery of services and products according to customer needs and objectives
- Communicate client needs and requirements to the Dagiz team
- Forecast and track client events and future needs
- Identify and act on opportunities to grow business with existing clients
- Coordinate with other members of the team working on the same accounts to ensure consistent service
- 100% commitment to deadlines while servicing multiple clients concurrently
- Communicate clearly the progress of projects and initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
- Prepare sales presentations if required
- Manage and update CRM records
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
- Excellent listening, verbal and written communications skills
- Proven sales, account management or other relevant experience
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to details
- Excellent time and project management skills
- Process oriented, fast learner
- Familiarity with CRM systems – an advantage
